Colvin, III as general counsel. Colvin comes to the company from Latham, Keele, Lehman, Ratcliff, Carter &amp; Clarke, where he served as trial counsel and assisted clients with corporate matters across a range of industries, including finance, construction, energy, manufacturing, and network marketing.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 18 years of legal experience, Colvin brings a wealth of knowledge to the position and has a broad range of expertise when it comes to corporate governance and contract law.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the appointment, Manhattan Construction Company President John Reyhan said, &#8220;James&#8217;s extensive legal experience is ideal for supporting the diverse needs of our growing company.&#8221; Reyhan went on to say that Colvin will be focused on providing support to regional project teams with contract and risk management guidance.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his experience, Colvin is also &#8220;AV&#8221; rated with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics. He has also been recognized as a &#8220;Rising Star&#8221; in Super Lawyer magazine.<\/p>\n<p>Colvin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 2002.
