“Manhattan\u00a0has commenced its\u00a0Builder-Driven Pre-ConstructionSM<\/sup><\/em> service which will provide early and on-going analysis of the sanctuary design to help Richland Hills\u00a0maximize\u00a0flexibility of use for\u00a0the facility,”\u00a0said Manhattan Executive Vice President\u00a0Bob Bowen.<\/div>\n
