Bush <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Presidential<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Center located in University Park, Texas. Manhattan Construction provided construction management services on the 226,500-square-foot project which has drawn a national audience and tourism to the Dallas community and has been nationally recognized for its sustainability and design features. Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates provided design services for the building and 23-acre landscape. Manhattan celebrated the completion of the Center in <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">April, 2013<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.manhattanconstructiongroup.com\/manhattan-construction-group\/2013\/04\/23\/watch-time-lapse-construction-video-of-the-george-w-bush-presidential-center\" target=\"_blank\">Watch time-lapse video\u00a0of\u00a0construction of the George W. Bush Presidential Center project.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u201cWe could not be more proud of the impact the project has both locally and nationally, and will have for many years to come,\u201d said Manhattan Construction Senior Vice President Mark Penny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.toppingout.org\/about.html\">Topping Out<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000\"> awards program was created by an alumni group of the University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture and The Arc \u2013 an organization to support and empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Topping Out has been awarding top and outstanding projects in the North Texas area since 2002.
