In his new role, Baldwin is responsible for overseeing all facets of operations for the company\u2019s Central Arkansas Division, including budgeting, project management, business development and client communication.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAndrew has been an integral member of the Manhattan Road &amp; Bridge team for nearly half a decade. In his new position, he will play an even more vital role in our success. We are the company that we are because of folks like Andrew, and I look forward to seeing how he will continue to make us better as our newest Division Manager,\u201d said Tom Cramer, Manhattan\u2019s vice president of operations.<\/p>\n<p>During his tenure with Manhattan, Baldwin has worked on substantial projects such as the Pulaski County I-630 widening from Baptist Health Drive to University Avenue.
