One Watergate Condominium is one of the last stops before the road turns left and leads toward Lido Beach, Florida. Safe Zone fabricated and installed new custom glass and aluminum railings on all of the balconies. Safe Zone also furnished and installed YKKap curtainwalls, project-out windows, and sliding glass doors on all the existing units.

Safe Zone fabricated and installed about 825 linear feet of new custom glass and aluminum guard railing, grab rails, and gates for the newly constructed resort-style clubhouse.
