With more than 28 years of bridge building experience, Todd A. Saxton serves as executive vice president of Manhattan Road & Bridge Company, overseeing all estimating, administrative, and financial planning and project delivery cost control processes for the company. During his career he has personally been involved with more than half a billion in road and bridge construction projects, including multiple Association of Builders & Contractors “Award of Excellence” and Engineering News Record “Texas/Louisiana – Best Projects” project awards.
Saxton has served on the Association of Oklahoma General Contractor’s Board of Governors – Bridges (2007, 2015), Secretary (2016) and President (2017); and, served as the Contractor Representative on the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications Rewrite Committee (2006-2008, and 2015-2016). Saxton is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (2004 – Current). Currently, Saxton serves as member of the City of Tulsa’s Blue-Ribbon Transportation Task Force.
