Manhattan Road & Bridge Company elevates Ryan Haney and Tom Cramer as statewide operations leaders in Oklahoma and Arkansas

TULSA, OKLAHOMA – Manhattan Road and Bridge Company, the bridge and heavy infrastructure construction arm of Manhattan Construction Group, announces the promotion of Ryan Haney as vice president of Oklahoma operations, and Tom Cramer as vice president of Arkansas operations.

Haney and Cramer will assume responsibilities for statewide business operations for the company, which include business development, project management, field operations, strategic planning, and process implementation and enhancements.

Haney and Cramer succeed, Rich Horrocks and Mark Windle, who plan to retire before the end of the year. With 41 years of industry experience, Horrocks has served as Manhattan Road and Bridge’s vice president of Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas operations since 2009. Windle will retire with 45 years of industry experience, 17 of which have been at Manhattan. Windle most recently served as Manhattan Road and Bridge’s vice president of Arkansas operations.

Haney joined Manhattan in 2012 as a general superintendent and most recently served as vice president of fleet management. He was instrumental in the development and launch of Manhattan’s equipment tracking processes and procedures. With more than 20 years of experience working in numerous roles within the heavy highway and civil construction markets, he is well equipped to lead the Manhattan Road & Bridge team in Oklahoma.

Cramer has more than 24 years of experience in the heavy civil and highway construction sector. He joined Manhattan in 2018 and most recently served as the project lead for the company’s $87.3 million widening project on the west end of Interstate 630 in Little Rock, Arkansas, which expanded capacity from six to eight lanes.

Haney and Cramer will lead an experienced management team that has been cultivated during the past several years including Division Managers Matt Flusche (Oklahoma City), Todd Strande (Tulsa), Scott Martin (NW Arkansas) and Construction Managers Landry Logan (Oklahoma City), Tony Mounce (Tulsa), Johnny Bowen (Central Arkansas), Jason Teague (NW Arkansas) and James Land (Florida).
