Manhattan Road & Bridge promotes Andrew Baldwin to manager of the Central Arkansas Division for the company’s Eastern Region
Little Rock, AR (November 28, 2022) – Manhattan Road & Bridge Company (Manhattan) has promoted commercial and heavy highway construction veteran Andrew Baldwin to manager of the Central Arkansas Division for the company’s Eastern region.
Baldwin worked as a project scheduler at Manhattan for four years before being promoted to division manager. In his new role, Baldwin is responsible for overseeing all facets of operations for the company’s Central Arkansas Division, including budgeting, project management, business development and client communication.
“Andrew has been an integral member of the Manhattan Road & Bridge team for nearly half a decade. In his new position, he will play an even more vital role in our success. We are the company that we are because of folks like Andrew, and I look forward to seeing how he will continue to make us better as our newest Division Manager,” said Tom Cramer, Manhattan’s vice president of operations.
During his tenure with Manhattan, Baldwin has worked on substantial projects such as the Pulaski County I-630 widening from Baptist Health Drive to University Avenue. Since joining the company’s Central Arkansas Division, he has overseen the division’s scheduling and project controls to support operations.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Baldwin resides in his native Little Rock with his wife, Ashley, and two sons.
