The Westin Cancun Resort is a unique 30-year-old property originally designed by signature Mexican Architect Ricardo Legorreta, the property is owned by “VISTANA Signature Experiences” and is located in Cancún, Mexico, facing both the Caribbean sea and the Nichupte Lagoon. This project includes converting 355 hotel rooms into 288 time-share villas, including front of house and back of house areas and infrastructure renewal. The completed villas will be spread over four existing concrete structured buildings, which are up to six stories high. This is a four-phase construction project.
