Blair Foundation Bridge

Naples, Florida

The Blair Bridge project includes the construction of a 2,810-linear-foot pedestrian bridge and boardwalks. The 330-foot bridge spans the Gordon River and has aashto beams and pre-stressed concrete piles spanning a width of 100′ on the water for boats to go through. The middle of the bridge includes a pavilion. The 550-foot boardwalks have IPE wood decking with cable railing. Also included are 1,294-linear-feet of paved walkways. This project is part of the future Baker Park. The east zone portion of this project goes through an environmentally sensitive area of mangroves and top down construction methods were used to minimize impact to the area.
