The project is a parking garage for the future Museum of the American Arts & Crafts Movement, run by the American Craftsman Museum, Inc. The garage has five levels and is roughly 104,000 gross square feet, providing spaces for 304 vehicles. Unique features include a specialized black board precast finish which gives the appearance of wood boards and large four story precast fins on the exterior of the garage. ACM Fins and perforated panel systems also give the structure an extraordinary, one of a kind finish. Spectrum provided a joint-sealant package, vehicular waterproof coatings, and interior and exterior paint.
