Spectrum’s work on the Collier County Government Center Annex project included interior and exterior paint, sealants, and waterproofing systems from Carlisle. Other work included fire-related caulking, stucco systems from STO, traffic waterproof coating system, below-grade waterproofing and Evel Pit waterproofing.

The North Collier Hospital project included interior, exterior paint, epoxy coatings, doors, frames, standing and running trim, fabric wallcoverings, and Tyvek Stucco Wrap installation. Decorative stone was also sealed. Spectrum also performed cementitious waterproofing with sealant detailing.
