The Salerno project included plaza deck waterproofing utilizing American Hydrotech hot-applied waterproofing membrane.

The Marbella at Pelican Bay Condominium project is a restoration of the exterior amenity level deck. The project scoped consisted of removal of pavers, planters, stem walls and associated waterproofing and concrete restoration. Additional repairs include post-tension cable and pocket repairs along with replacement of landscaping throughout the entire hardscape.
