Tilt-Up concrete projects are made up of building panels that are poured horizontally on the ground, similar to slabs. Once cured, the slabs are lifted into place, typically in a vertical position. This type of construction can be used to create the exterior skin of the building.

Some of the advantages to using tilt-up construction include:

  • Cost-effectiveness
  • Greater fire resistance
  • Energy Efficiency
  • Faster formwork placement

Cantera Concrete Company is a member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.
