Manhattan Construction Company was the low bidder on the original Oklahoma State Capitol Building in Guthrie, Oklahoma, which was among the first of the new State’s projects. It was completed under budget and in just three short months.

Manhattan constructed the relocated capitol in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1917. In 2004, Manhattan returned to add the dome to the structure.
