The Lynn Wyatt Square for the Performing Arts is the redevelopment of a full city block urban park in the center of Houston’s Theater District (currently known as Jones Plaza). This project will transform the site, located atop the underground theater district garages, into a vibrant ‘center stage’ for the four adjacent theater facilities. Lynn Wyatt Square will serve as a multi-use venue and open space featuring gardens, an event lawn, a dynamic fountain element, and a uniquely designed hospitality space. This project is being managed by Houston First Corporation, a repeat client who was the Owner on our highly challenging and successful Wortham Theater Flood Recovery project.
Owned by Lincoln Property Company, the 699 Fourteenth project is at the corner of 14th Street and G Street in downtown Washington, D.C. Work includes the construction of the core and shell of a new 11-story, 131,600-square-foot above grade space office building with a 4-level 55,270-square-foot subgrade parking garage designed to hold 91 cars. The project includes a renovation of the lobby and mezzanine spaces of the existing 5-story, 31,300-square-foot First National Bank of Washington building.
