Dunkin’ Donuts at Courthouse Shadows

Dunkin’ Donuts at Courthouse Shadows is a 6,206-square-foot retail center. This project consisted of a 2,000-square-foot Dunkin’ Donuts Restaurant, and three future retail storefront areas. Located in a Publix Shopping Center along US 41, it is a high profile project directly across from the Collier County Courthouse. The structure is comprised of CMU construction (the lower 4′ of which is split face block), hardiboard siding and stucco finishes. There are towers located at the northwest and southeast corners of the building. The Dunkin’ Donuts portion of this project is a complete finished product incorporating a walk-in cooler, drive thru menu board with intercom call box, and drive thru window, whereas the three retail storefront areas were left as a complete shell with no slab cast.
