Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Third Floor Tenant Improvement

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute performed a third-floor interior tenant improvement at its Naples facility to enhance patient care services and support the Institute’s world-class cancer treatment mission. The project converted 13,281 square feet of medical office space into upgraded clinical areas, including new exam rooms, dedicated phlebotomy stations, an on-site pharmacy, a diagnostic laboratory, and a modern infusion therapy area. Despite being constructed directly above an active second-floor clinic and adjacent offices, the renovation was executed with careful planning and phasing – resulting in no disruptions to the tenants below or the other occupants on the third floor during the construction process. This improved treatment floor now provides a more efficient and comfortable environment for patients and staff, reflecting the Institute’s commitment to delivering innovation, excellence, and personalized cancer care to the communities it serves.
