The OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark is a landmark development located in the Horizons District near downtown Oklahoma City, adjacent to the First Americans Museum. This $273 million project, developed in partnership with the Chickasaw Nation Development Team, aims to transform local tourism and provide a world-class entertainment and cultural destination.

The resort features an 11-story, 404-room luxury hotel offering riverfront views, spanning 391,000 square feet. Central to the property is a 4.5-acre recreational lagoon with sandy beaches, cabanas, and swim-up bars. The project also includes a 12,000-square-foot family entertainment center, a two-level indoor waterpark spanning 100,000 square feet, and a 39,000-square-foot conference space. Additional amenities include a spa, a golf simulator, and multiple retail and dining options covering 36,000 square feet.

The OKANA Resort is unique in its magnitude and is the first of its kind in Oklahoma. The resort is projected to have a billion-dollar impact on Oklahoma City within a decade and will create hundreds of new jobs. Within one year, it is expected to have a $97 million impact on the local economy.

Stats for OKANA include: 40 acres of development, 12 buildings on site, 10 pools, 2.3 million gallons of water, and 94 truckloads of pure beach sand.
