The new Oklahoma State University (OSU) O’Brate  Stadium is a 5,000-seat baseball stadium with multiple bar & food service areas, varying seating options, including a tailgating space, and state-of-the-art athletic facilities. The baseball team has a brand new hydrotherapy training space, brand new locker rooms, pitching lab, both indoor and outdoor practice areas, and a new clubhouse level office for the coaches. Manhattan has helped facilitate this landmark project with its traditional team approach and helped identify challenges early in the project. Through this process, Manhattan identified high-priority issues and cost-saving alternatives through sequencing and material selection. The stadium will be a lasting point of pride for OSU, Cowboy Baseball, and Manhattan Construction.
