Manhattan Construction was selected as General Contractor for Sam Houston State University – Art Complex and Associated Infrastructure in Huntsville, Texas. This new four-story building has a modern construction design and is approximately 72,000 square feet. It includes photo studios, galleries, darkrooms, office space, lounges, drawing and painting classrooms, as well as printmaking laboratories. The site landscape around the building has an entry court, gallery garden, and working courtyards for sculpture and ceramics.
