Alan Dunnam promoted to Operations Manager of Manhattan’s Houston Region
Houston – Leading national construction services firm, Manhattan Construction Company has promoted Alan Dunnam to operations manager in Houston. In this role, Dunnam oversees construction quality, subcontractor management and safety program adherence to ensure building excellence for Manhattan’s clients.
With a 31-year career in construction, Dunnam led his first project at age 25. As a superintendent, he has constructed projects across ten different states. His broad building experience includes aviation, industrial/manufacturing, sports, healthcare, higher education, K-12, parking garage, and office tower projects. Dunnam joined Manhattan as a senior superintendent in 2015.

Dunnam attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee.
