George W. Bush Presidential Center Honored at the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals Awards
Dallas – Manhattan Construction Company has been awarded three “Best Real Estate Deal” awards from the Dallas Business Journal awards program for the George W. Bush Presidential Center in University Park, Texas.
The Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals awards program honors top projects ranging from real estate, community impact to top deal of the year in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. The George W. Bush Presidential Center received the honor of being nominated for three of the 16 different categories.
Manhattan Construction team members were present at the awards night to take home the title of “Best Green Deal” and “Community Impact Deal.” To honor the “Best Deal of the Year,” the judges looked at all nominated projects to find the one that truly stood out from the others. There to present the final award to the George W. Bush Presidential Center project team was Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings.
Manhattan Construction was the general contractor on the Robert A. M. Stern Architects designed Presidential Center. The Center has been a growing impact in to the Dallas community and has been recognized for its sustainability and design features.
The awards were presented at the Dallas Business Journal event in the evening of April 29, 2014 at the Manhattan Construction build Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Dallas, Texas.
