Andrew Halphen is the Director of Preconstruction based in Manhattan’s Houston-area office. He joined Manhattan in 2016 and holds LEED Accredited Professional certification. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science.

Senior Preconstruction Manager Phil Brandt leads the preconstruction team in Manhattan’s Oklahoma City office. He joined Manhattan in 2005 and holds LEED® AP BD+C, ASPE Certified Professional Estimator, AIC Certified Professional Constructor, and DBIA Professional certifications.  He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Construction Management Technology.

Brooke Haneborg is director of business development for the Oklahoma City region. She is responsible for overseeing new business acquisition and strategic account management.
