Layle Ellis is director of community relations. Layle fosters relationships within city, county, and state government, and drives engagement with local partners to enrich Manhattan’s overall benefit to our clients and community. While based in Houston, she is engaged in serving all of Manhattan’s market areas nationally.

As director of business development, Melanie Jantschek is responsible for overseeing new business acquisition and strategic account management for the Florida region.

Ben Stewart is Director of Preconstruction Services. He joined Manhattan in 2006. He holds the LEED® AP BD+C credential and has degrees in Economics and Criminology Pre-Law from the University of Maryland and Construction Management from Montgomery College.
