Manhattan opened its office in Houston in 1942. In the Houston area Manhattan has constructed more than $4.7 billion in projects representing a variety of sector expertise, including aviation, sports, education, government, healthcare, multi-unit living, corporate, commercial, parking garage, and correctional facilities.
In Houston, Manhattan constructed the NFL’s first retractable roof stadium, NRG Stadium (formerly known as Reliant Stadium).
Manhattan also built United Airlines Terminal C North project at Bush Intercontinental Airport, which was named ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2017 Best Project (Airport/Transit).
