Manhattan Construction Company Appoints Craig Bryant as Senior Vice President of Florida

Bryant will oversee the company’s Tampa Bay (Tampa) and Southwest Florida (Naples/Fort Myers) operations—two regions that have emerged as key drivers of Manhattan Construction Company’s expansion in Florida.

In this role, Bryant will lead the alignment of Manhattan Construction Company’s Florida operations while advancing strategic growth, operational excellence, talent development, and long-term client relationships statewide.

John Reyhan, President of Manhattan Construction Company, said the appointment reflects both the pace of growth in Florida and the need for experienced statewide leadership to guide the company’s next phase.

Bryant joined Manhattan Construction Company in 2022 as vice president of the Naples/Fort Myers office and has played a central role in expanding the company’s presence and performance in Southwest Florida. He brings more than 28 years of construction experience across diverse project types and delivery methods.

Over the course of his career, Bryant has helped deliver more than $2.2 billion in construction projects.
