Manhattan Construction Co. Expands Atlanta Operations; Holds New Location Open House
ATLANTA, GEORGIA — Manhattan Construction Company (Manhattan) is proud to announce the opening of its new and expanded Atlanta office, marking a significant milestone in the Company’s continued growth and commitment to serving clients across the Southeast. The new office, located in the heart of Atlanta, was unveiled during a successful open house event on May 5, where clients, partners, and team members gathered to celebrate the next chapter in Manhattan’s legacy of building excellence. Manhattan first joined the Atlanta market in 2001 with the acquisition of The Flagler Company, the first general contractor established in Georgia.
Focusing on construction in the aviation, government, healthcare, laboratory, and mission-critical sectors, the newly expanded office space reflects Manhattan’s commitment to its core values—Safety, Excellence, Integrity, Respect, and a Client-Driven Culture. It is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency as the company continues to grow its presence in the region.
“Our new Atlanta office is more than just a physical space—it represents our long-term commitment to our clients and people,” said Jason McFadden, Manhattan Construction Company vice president. “We are building a team here that is passionate about delivering excellence and doing the right thing, every time. This office will serve as a hub for growth, innovation, and client-focused service.”
McFadden highlighted that the office is home to the Company’s corporate leadership team, which manages the systems and procedures that provide efficient, reliable, and consistent performance for all Manhattan projects nationwide. He said, “This group of national experts, hosted in our office, will support our goal to be the builder of choice in Atlanta.”
The open house event showcased the thoughtfully designed space, which includes collaborative work areas, state-of-the-art technology, and visual displays of Manhattan’s culture and values. Attendees had the opportunity to meet the growing Atlanta team and learn more about the company’s approach to project delivery, known as The Manhattan Way.
With a legacy dating back to 1896, Manhattan Construction Company thrives by investing in its people, embracing innovation, and staying grounded in its founding principles. The new Atlanta office is a testament to that enduring legacy and a bold step toward the future.
