Manhattan Construction Company wins three AGCOK “Build Oklahoma” Honors

TULSA, OKLAHOMA – The Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma (AGCOK) has honored Manhattan Construction Co. with three “Build Oklahoma Awards” for projects completed in 2025. The awards were presented to team members at the AGCOK’s 86th Builders’ Bash on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Arvest Convention Center Grand Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Manhattan Construction received “Build Oklahoma Awards” for constructing the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center at Norman Regional in Norman, the Philbrook Museum of Art Tandy Pavilion in Tulsa, and the OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City.

OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center at Norman Regional in Norman won in the “Healthcare, $20M to $50M” category.

Built by Manhattan Construction and designed by HGA, the 49,196-square-foot, two-story facility was a collaborative initiative by Norman Regional Health System and OU Health, combining medical oncology and radiation oncology services under one roof. This landmark facility connects to the existing Norman Regional Healthplex, and offers advanced treatment areas, two advanced linear accelerators, clinical trials, and supportive care services.

Philbrook Museum of Art Tandy Pavilion in Tulsa won in the “Recreational, $10M to $20M” category.

Built by Manhattan Construction and designed by Narrate Design, the 6,300-square-foot Philbrook Museum Tandy Pavilion and 2,000-square-foot covered patio are new features that serve as a hub for art education, nature programs, special events, and general recreation. One outstanding feature of the project was the installation of a new culvert in Crow Creek, providing a new pedestrian crossing as well as access for Philbrook staff, guests, and emergency vehicles.

OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City won in the “Recreational-Native, $50M+” category.

Built by Manhattan Construction and designed by Architectural Design Consultants, Inc. (ADCI), the Chickasaw Nation’s OKANA features an 11-story, 404-room luxury hotel offering riverfront views, spanning 391,000 square feet. Central to the property is a 4.5-acre recreational lagoon with sandy beaches, cabanas, and swim-up bars. The project also includes a 12,000-square-foot family entertainment center, a two-level, 100,000-square-foot indoor waterpark, and a 39,000-square-foot conference space. Additional amenities include a spa, a golf simulator, and multiple retail and dining options covering 36,000 square feet.
