Manhattan Construction Supports FGCU Faculty Residency Program

Manhattan Construction recently partnered with Florida Gulf Coast University’s (FGCU) faculty residency program, providing Assistant Professor Dr. Andy Chau with firsthand experience on the Southwest Florida International Airport Terminal Expansion project. Working alongside Manhattan’s project team, Dr. Chau gained insight into construction scheduling, bid leveling, estimating, contract administration, and project delivery. The program helps bridge the gap between classroom instruction and industry practice, equipping educators with current knowledge they can bring back to their students while strengthening the future construction workforce in Southwest Florida.
