Manhattan Construction wins Lee BIA 2017 Building Industry Summit Award

The Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) recently honored Manhattan Construction with a 2017 Building Industry Summit Best Commercial Contractors Project Award in the “Hospitality $5 to $8+ million” category for construction of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa Amenity Expansion in Bonita Springs, Florida. The project, designed by EDSA, Inc., included the development of a one-acre property adjacent to the hotel with a slide tower, lazy river pool that wraps around the site, lush landscape and amenities.
The awards were announced at a ceremony held on Friday, November 17th at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Estero, Florida.
