Oklahoma Safety Council honors Marsh

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma Safety Council has honored Manhattan Construction Co. senior safety engineer, Scott Marsh with the prestigious 2009 Individual Achievement Award. The award recognizes Marsh for his work with the Oklahoma Labor Secretary in preparing legislation for an Oklahoma Crane Bill and his continued efforts to unite all aspects of the safety community in the Tulsa area.

Marsh was presented the award at the organization’s annual state convention. Candidates considered for the award came from multiple business sectors across the state including manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, utility, healthcare and construction.  

The Oklahoma Safety Council is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, public service organization which promotes the adoption of safety, health, and environmental practices and procedures that prevent and mitigate human suffering and economic loss.
