Manhattan Construction is building a striking 15-story, 457,000-square-foot curtainwall office building for CHRISTUS Health is an international Catholic, faith-based, not-for-profit health system.
The building will serve as CHRISTUS Health’s headquarters and occupy a high-profile site at the corner of West Las Colinas Boulevard and North O’Connor Boulevard at the heart of the Las Colinas Urban Center in Irving, Texas.
A ten-level parking structure with nearly 1900 parking spaces will sit adjacent to the building, forming a landscaped courtyard between the office building and garage and abutting the Las Colinas Lake Carolyn canal waterway.
The project will include unique elements for this corporate user, including a chapel, museum, clinic, lobby with coffee bar and outdoor café, an indoor fitness center and an outdoor fitness lawn, a full-floor, elevated conference center, and multiple large outdoor terraces overlooking Lake Carolyn, the Music Factory, and surrounding development within Las Colinas.
The project’s architect is BOKA Powell, LLS, and the engineer is Brockette/Davis/Drake, Inc.
