Rich Elwood joins Manhattan Construction Company as project director
HOUSTON, TEXAS – Manhattan Construction Co. is pleased to announce Rich Elwood has joined the company as project director. Based in the company’s Houston regional office, Elwood will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality construction services experience for the company’s clients, including maintaining lasting, positive relationships with industry partners and the Houston community.

Elwood has been involved with more than $1 billion in construction projects in multiple market sectors, including government, healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial office buildings. Prior to joining Manhattan, he spent two decades working for the Harris County Construction Department, where he handled oversight of the County’s projects. This experience provided him with a unique perspective from the client’s point of view, further enhancing his ability to deliver construction solutions that exceed expectations.
Elwood earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
