Utica Place Building III

The Utica Place Building III project includes the construction of a 72,000-square-foot multi-use facility and an underground parking garage an a separate parking garage that provide 147 spaces combined. Cantera Concrete Company performed cast-in-place and other concrete work included piers and grade beams supporting multiple floors of post-tension flat slabs. The building is a split-level shell at two and three stories.

The buildings were constructed on a sloping site, which required multiple grade changes throughout the first floors of each building. The working area around the buildings was limited, which required close coordination of trade deliveries.
