AT&T Stadium Suite Refresh Delivers Next-Level Experiences for Suite Holders

Manhattan Construction, the original builder of the internationally recognized AT&T Stadium, once again demonstrated our construction team’s expertise with the ambitious renovation of the suites at AT&T Stadium. The project involved upgrading 363 suites among five stadium levels, including the Event level, Hall of Fame, Silver level, Ring of Honor, and Star level. The standout features of this project include two main clubs, each spanning 50,000 square feet, two Silver Clubs covering 20,000 square feet each, and two Event Clubs providing 10,000 square feet of space. Additionally, all adjacent corridors are receiving fresh walls, flooring, and upgraded lighting fixtures.

The project features a diverse range of materials and finishes, including drywall and stone, as well as exquisite stone countertops sourced from Brazil, Italy, and Turkey. It also features custom tile floors and back walls from seven different countries and the US.  Notable construction features include custom millwork and laminate from Italy.  Towering 30-foot back-lit glass columns, elevating the suites to the pinnacle of luxury and style.

Manhattan Construction strategically worked on the enhancements during the off-season, navigating and aligning with the stadium’s busy event calendar.  The renovation provides suite holders with the elegant suite ambiance for which the Dallas Cowboys are known and secures the future of this iconic stadium space for years to come.

The upgrades to the suites at AT&T Stadium are designed to attract high-profile events and maintain the Stadium’s status as a premier venue for major sporting and entertainment events. The renovations are part of a broader $295 million plan to ensure the stadium remains a top destination for events, such as the 2026 World Cup, further solidifying its reputation and financial success.

Scope & Highlights

• Renovation of 363 Suites & Clubs:
  Five distinct suite levels—Event, Hall of Fame, Silver, Ring of Honor, and Star—plus two Main Concourse clubs (50,000 sq. ft. each), two Silver Level clubs (20,000 sq. ft. each), and two Event clubs (10,000 sq. ft. each).
• Renovation of Other Spaces:
  Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop and Main Entry, Silver Level Bubble Bar and Tequila Bar, Executive Office, and Marketing Office.
• Corridor Enhancements:
  All adjacent corridors receive new walls, flooring, and upgraded lighting.
