CarMax “The Auto Superstore” is a new car sales structure built on a 18.82-acre in Fort Myers, Florida. The 45,398-square-foot building includes a service area that consists of a polished colored concrete floor system, trench drains, paint booths, vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, service bays, carwash and detail area. The CarMax building also includes interior offices, break rooms, restrooms, service and parts areas are all inclusive in this project. There is a separate presentation area for the potential buyer to examine their vehicle before purchasing. Exterior site work included a perimeter site wall for car storage, new access road on two sides of the property, retention swales and pond, a new fuel storage and dispensing station. Asphalt parking lot areas and decorative fencing was also included on this project.
