Central Liquor New Warehouse Building

Manhattan provided construction management services for the new 150,000-square-foot Central Liquor New Warehouse and a two-story, 22,000-square-foot office building for Central Liquor Company, now operating as Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) Oklahoma. The new warehouse and office building was one of the largest projects ever undertaken by the company and is centrally located in Oklahoma City, enabling convenient and efficient service to its customers across all 77 counties in Oklahoma.

The structure is tilt-wall concrete with 45-foot-tall panels, high enough to house the unique conveyor systems required to efficiently deliver and load the products each day. Inside, the warehouse includes 23 bays.
