The Chickasaw Nation Carl Albert Center Renovation, commonly known as the Carl Albert Multi-Purpose Tribal Complex, is a complete exterior and interior renovation of the existing 120,000-square-foot Carl Albert Health Facility into a community center. Renovations included removing interior and exterior equipment and finishes to structural shell. The project also included a complete exterior remodel and the build-out of 250 offices, comprehensive training and orientation facilities, meeting rooms and a catering kitchen.
During construction, Manhattan coordinated with our subcontractors and design and ownership partners to overcome scheduling and coordination challenges. These challenges included a large site footprint, partially-occupied areas, and independent inspectors.
