Collier County Government Center Annex

Naples, Florida

The Collier County Government Center Annex project includes the construction of a seven-story, 138,000-square-foot building to house government services, the clerk of court and other administrative departments, as well as a parking garage. Unique features of the Center include a four-story atrium connects the new Center to the existing courthouse, a facade of hurricane resistant precast concrete, thermal windows, and a pedestrian mall. The parking garage is six stories and provides 1,047 parking spaces with elevator access to the building.
