The Village Town Center

The Village Town Center is the redevelopment of the historic residential community that opened in 1972 in the heart of East Dallas. The development was a trendsetter in terms of residential apartment living with a sprawling campus of green spaces, live oaks and running course and even included a country club. The Village Town Center is a mixed-use development of residential living including apartments, townhomes as well as work/live studio lofts. Other buildings on the site include office, market, restaurant, retail, fitness center and golf center. All of this sits over five large below-grade parking structures to eliminate much of the on-grade parking. Site amenities include two pools, green spaces and a central pedestrian artery called Main Street to create a human living experience.
