Pete Togni provides guidance to project management teams and field operations, including oversight of project supervision, staffing, budget control, schedules, safety and quality. Before becoming operations manager, Togni served as project director at Manhattan Construction Company. He brings more than 30 years of construction experience spanning multifamily residential, commercial and government projects.
Togni previously worked for Manhattan Construction Company from 1998 to 2008 and rejoined the company in 2026. His experience includes the Verizon Ashburn Campus, Defense Intelligence Analysis Center Addition at Bolling Air Force Base and George Mason University Van Metre Hall. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Virginia Tech.
