As operations manager, Todd Armistead oversees Atlanta-area operations to ensure quality, safety, and service excellence for Manhattan’s clients and team members. He advises on complex construction issues and cultivates a rewarding environment for employees to reach their full potential.

Armistead has 26 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in project leadership and safety programs. His portfolio includes projects in healthcare, science and technology, mission-critical facilities, government buildings, higher education, corporate offices, sports, and entertainment sectors. He is a LEED® Accredited Professional and ASHE Healthcare Certified and holds a master’s degree in building construction and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Auburn University.
