Senior Preconstruction Manager Phil Brandt leads the preconstruction team in Manhattan’s Oklahoma City office. He joined Manhattan in 2005 and holds LEED® AP BD+C, ASPE Certified Professional Estimator, AIC Certified Professional Constructor, and DBIA Professional certifications. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Construction Management Technology.
Ben Stewart is Director of Preconstruction Services. He joined Manhattan in 2006. He holds the LEED® AP BD+C credential and has degrees in Economics and Criminology Pre-Law from the University of Maryland and Construction Management from Montgomery College.
Raylena Browning is senior vice president and oversees preconstruction and business development across the organization.
