Andrew Halphen is the Director of Preconstruction based in Manhattan’s Houston-area office. He joined Manhattan in 2016 and holds LEED Accredited Professional certification. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science.

Senior Preconstruction Manager Phil Brandt leads the preconstruction team in Manhattan’s Oklahoma City office. He joined Manhattan in 2005 and holds LEED® AP BD+C, ASPE Certified Professional Estimator, AIC Certified Professional Constructor, and DBIA Professional certifications.  He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Construction Management Technology.

Ben Stewart is Director of Preconstruction Services. He joined Manhattan in 2006. He holds the LEED® AP BD+C credential and has degrees in Economics and Criminology Pre-Law from the University of Maryland and Construction Management from Montgomery College.

Raylena Browning is Vice President of Preconstruction and leads preconstruction services nationwide. She is an Associate Design-Build Professional and holds the LEED® AP BD+C designation. she is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Construction Management.
