Central Liquor is the second-largest distributor in Oklahoma. Their new two-story facility includes 150,000 square feet of warehouse space and 22,000 square feet of office space.

Wacker Polysilicon Facility Buildings
The Wacker Polysilicon Facility project includes the construction of building skin and interior fit-out for multiple buildings, including a cooling tower, central utility building, river water treatment facility, and wastewater treatment facility. The facility is designed to have an annual output capacity of 18,000 metric tons of hyper-pure crystalline polysilicon to be used for solar cells.

The structure includes six interconnected buildings covering more than two million square feet. Manhattan’s work included providing structural and miscellaneous steel, CMU and metal stud walls, pre-manufactured offices, metal wall panels, architectural finishes, assembly cranes, and seven elevators, including the country’s largest single shaft hydraulic freight elevator.

Drive Automotive Phase VII – Expansion
The Drive Automotive Phase VII – Expansion project included the construction of the infrastructure for a new auto body stamping press to make auto body parts for the Greer, SC BMW plant and the Z4, X3, and X5 models. The press pit foundation construction included pits, tunnels, embedded millwright plates, and embedded steel mounting brackets for the press.
