East County (Plant City) Courthouse

The East County Courthouse project is a two-story County Court House in Plant City, Florida. The steel frame structure is wrapped with an exterior brick skin. The foundation design utilizes Vibro-Replacement. The design also includes an underground retention vault that sits 10-12 feet below the existing soil and is within 15 feet of the existing CSX railroad track lines requiring special care and installation of sheetpiling. The project is LEED® Registered and the team is seeking Silver Certification.
