This project is the third dormitory building of this style built by Manhattan on the South Housing Village complex. At 126,500 square feet, it the largest of the three and includes a pre-cast construction design. The project was the second LEED® Certified project for the Florida Gulf Coast University Housing Department. The conservation features include duel flush water closets, solar hot water heating, T-8 lighting through out, and energy recovery air conditioning units on the roof to treat the outside air.
