The University of South Florida (USF) has selected Manhattan Construction Company, HJ Russell & Company, and DuCon, LLC as Construction Manager for the new On-Campus Football Stadium and Sports Performance Center in Tampa, Florida.

Project Overview

The proposed project consists of a new 35,000-seat Football Stadium on the east side of campus coupled with an Athletic Training and Performance Center to support the USF Football Program and be used as a multipurpose sports venue. The new stadium will include Outdoor Spectator Seating, Suites, Club Lounges, Concessions, Retail Space, Locker Rooms & Sports Medicine Areas, Press Boxes, and front and back-of-house areas. The Athletic Training and Performance Center will include office space for USF coaching staff and athletic operations personnel. The stadium will include a dedicated student section on the west end and a large tailgating space to the north. The signature entrance to the stadium will connect to USF Genshaft Drive via Champions Way, which will be lined with unique signage and branding. The new home of the USF Bulls will be ready for the season in the fall of 2027.
